Ella McGovern

Ella McGovern is the founder of EllaDaisy Coaching, established in October 2022, focused on empowering women through personalized training and nutrition plans. Currently serving as a brand ambassador for AYBL since January 2021, Ella utilizes a fitness Instagram page to enhance the brand's visibility. Experience includes roles as a Gym Floor and Kids Coach at David Lloyd Clubs and a Misfits ambassador for product sampling in London. Prior positions include bar staff and waitress at Ascot Racecourse, delivering service to VIP members, and a child actress on various BBC and ITV programmes from 2008 to 2011. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The University of Manchester, completed in 2023, and previously attended Epsom College.
