Additional experience includes positions at Sandvik Coromant, focused on marketing communications, and Monsanto Company, where advertising strategies and market expansion initiatives were developed. Lea holds a Master’s Degree in IT Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Post-graduate in Integrated Marketing Communications from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade from Northeast Normal University.
