The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are categorized into three segments, namely Property development, Plantation and Others. Its Property development segment is engaged in developing residential and commercial properties. Its Plantation segment is involved in cultivating rubber and oil palm. Besides, the Company invests in various companies under its Others segment. AYER Holdings Berhad's subsidiaries include Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd and The Ayer Hitam Development Sdn Bhd, both of which are property developers, as well as Yee Seng Plantations Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in plantation.
