John Grady

John leads Ayla’s global sales organization and its ecosystem partner relationships. He was previously responsible for Ayla’s Service Provider Business. Prior to that, he was Head of Sales at Mosaic, the leading provider of clean energy fin-tech solutions. He also held global sales leadership positions at ChargePoint (CHPT), the leader in Electric Vehicle charging solutions, as well as Pace PLC, where he was responsible for the Software and Services Sales organization that was acquired by ARRIS in 2016.

John graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics, and later from the Kelly Graduate School of Business at Indiana University, where he earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance. John began his career at the private banking firm Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, and then at Covad Communications, where he led the Customer Operations and Product teams for over six years. He lives in San Jose, California.
