Fernando Pena

Fernando Pena is a Senior UX Designer at Aylo since March 2020, specializing in UI/UX research, AB testing, and the design of new features for the in-house platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Prior to this role, Fernando worked as a Graphic Designer at Valsoft Corporation for a brief period, focusing on promotional newsletters and graphic design materials. From March 2012 to July 2019, Fernando served as a Web Designer and Graphic Designer for the Telessaude ES Telehealth Program at Facto, overseeing the complete design process, user research, and marketing campaigns. Earlier experiences include internships and positions at Aldabra, Toweb Brasil, and the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, where Fernando obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. Additionally, Fernando completed a Nuke Course in VFX Compositing at Hugo's Desk™ in early 2023.
