Mina Ruseva, CSP-SM, is an Agile Coach with extensive experience in leadership and project management. They began their career as a Director and Writer at Theatre Mainline from 2012 to 2017, where they handled various aspects of play production. Most recently, in their role as an Agile Coach at Aylo, they focus on unlocking the potential of teams through Agile adoption while fostering trust and collaboration. Previously, Ruseva served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at TrafficJunky from 2020 to 2024, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in Agile practices. They hold multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Sofia University and a BA in Communication Studies from Concordia University.
