Laslo Cesar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in driving growth and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Willing since January 2019, Laslo also holds a Partner and Managing Director position at Ayming, where significant achievements include launching Ayming USA and generating $10M in revenue within two years, as well as leading a team of 60+ employees that contributes to 85% of North American revenue. Laslo has a proven track record in business strategy and P&L management, with a focus on developing new business lines and enhancing profitability. Prior experience includes managing the Government Funding service and consulting roles in Europe and North America, with expertise in public incentives for innovation. Laslo holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from ESIEE Paris and a University Technology Degree in Computer Sciences from IUT Caen.
