Thomas Kaës is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CMO Global Practices and Chief Digital Products Officer for Finance & Innovation at Ayming since September 2016, Thomas leads initiatives that provide BeNeLux companies with Value Performance Programs to enhance their performance. Prior to this, Thomas was an entrepreneur at My e-Bike Tour Provence and held positions such as Sales and Marketing Director for the Legal Protection Division at APRIL and International Marketing & Communication Manager at Alma Consulting Group. Early in the career, Thomas gained diverse experience at ELIS, progressing from Customer Service Manager to European Marketing Manager. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Management des Activités de Service from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Maîtrise in Sciences de Gestion from Aix-Marseille University.
