Stefan Ciesla-Grain has a background in law and finance, with experience in corporate development, investment banking, and founding a legal tech startup. Stefan has worked in various companies, including Ocorian and RBC Capital Markets, where Stefan was involved in strategic investments, M&A, and financial transactions. Stefan also played a key role in setting up the Wholesale Solutions team at the British Business Bank. Stefan holds a law degree from the University of Exeter and a certification in cross-border regulations from the University of Geneva.
