Kathy Kuehling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and production technology within the media and publishing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst at Aysling since September 2016, Kathy provides training and support on various publishing and financial platforms through multiple communication channels. Previous roles include Director of Production Technology at Superior Media Solutions, Director of Premedia Services at Questex Media, and Manager of Digital Prepress at Advanstar Communications, where Kathy demonstrated leadership and efficiency by managing staff, developing training programs, and implementing streamlined workflows. Kathy holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and Technology from Lake Superior College along with several certifications in web design and human resources management.
