Cihan Erdoğan is currently the Head of the Machining Department at Ayvaz, a position held since 2011. Prior to this, Cihan worked as a Quality Engineer & Machining at KURTMAN HİDROLİK BAĞLANTI ELEMANLARI A.Ş. from 2002 to 2010 and as a Project Engineer at Sint Mühendislik A.Ş. from 2000 to 2001. Cihan attended Hacettepe University for English prep and Mining and Mineral Engineering from 1992 to 1994 and completed a degree at Yildiz Technical University from 1994 to 2000.
