Gemi sanayiine musluk üretmek üzere 1948 yılında kurulan Hacı Ayvaz Endüstriyel Mamuller, 1960 yılında bronz gemi vanaları, 1970 yılında ise sanayide kullanılan çeşitli tipteki vana ve armatürlerle hizmet vermeye devam etmiştir.  1980 yılında Fransız Calorstat firmasının lisansı ile EJMA standartlarında Kompansatör, 1982 yılında İtalyan Fantini Cosmi firması lisansı ile Kazan Tağdiye Cihazı üretimine başlamıştır. 1983 yılında ise sahip olduğu uluslararası patent ile Kondenstop üretimine geçmiştir.

1980’li yılların başlarında, Perşembe pazarında imalatını yaptığı ürünlerin satışını gerçekleştiren Ayvaz, yurt içinden ve yurt dışından gelen yoğun talebi karşılamak ve üretim kapasitesini artırmak için 1984 yılında Avcılar’daki fabrikasına taşınmıştır. Bu fabrikada, ülkemizde imalatı olmayan ithal ürünlerin üretimine geçilmiş, Paslanmaz Çelik Hortum da bu dönemde firmanın ürünleri arasına katılmıştır.

Ayvaz 2000’li yıllara dek, ülkemiz tesisat sektörüne hitap eden ürünleri “dünya standartlarında kalite” ile üretmeye devam etmiş; sektörde oluşan yeni talepleri karşılayabilmek ve üretim kapasitesini artırabilmek için 2003 yılında Hadımköy’deki fabrikasında imalata başlamıştır.

Kurulduğu ilk günden bu yana Türkiye’deki ve dünyadaki pazar ihtiyaçları sürekli olarak analiz eden Ayvaz, bu ihtiyaçlara uygun ürünler geliştirerek sektördeki öncü rolünü koruyor.
