Team AZBB owner Coach Ty have a passion for Personal Training, Competition Prep, and have a lifetime of experience in weight loss, exercise, fitness and nutrition. We have built a nationwide team over the past 15 years of Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique, and Bikini competitors. We have well over 15,000 hours of personal training sessions, are both qualified Master Trainers and Fitness Expert. Coach Ty was International Judge for Bodybuilding in Asia and Europe for over 10 years. Many of the Contest Prep/Nutrition protocols for all our athletes has been very successful for the NPC/IFBB.


Originally from Houston-Texas and now residing in Gilbert, AZ. Finding a passion in the personal training, weight loss, contest prep, fitness and nutrition industry through the 10 years in the military has blessed him with many opportunities. We have been able to help people realize their potential and achieve their goals for the past 15 years as a national bodybuilder, business owner, personal trainer, and also as an international nutritionist. We specialize in competition prep that delivers winning results. We have different types of competitors online and local Arizona that includes athletes and people that just want to be in the best shape of their lives.
