Founded in 2020, AZI has successfully acquired thirteen properties, comprising 228 units, valued at over $76.7M. Many of these assets have undergone extensive renovations and repositioning, with several refinanced and one sold, providing strong returns for investors and demonstrating the company’s ability to execute multiple full investment cycles in a challenging post-covid market.

In 2023, AZI launched its in-house property management company, Managed A2Z, to increase operational efficiency and further vertical integration. This strategic move has been integral to the company’s success, allowing AZI to control additional aspects of ownership. In 2024, the firm expanded this approach by founding Statera, an affiliated design, materials, and renovation company, which serves as the in-house team for managing capital improvement projects on its value-add properties. AZI has deliberately grown its team larger than its current need, positioning itself for the next stage of growth.

With fourteen properties totaling 233 units currently in its portfolio, AZI is equipped with the size and expertise to scale effectively. The team has the capacity to manage hundreds more units. AZI has complemented this purposeful growth strategy by focusing on its technology platforms and streamlining internal processes and procedures. As a result, its portfolio today is operating at a level superior to its competitors in the market.
