Tildi Sharp

Tildi Sharp serves as Senior Director of Leadership & School Development at AZ Leads since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Partner and Associate Partner in Leadership Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education from August 2022 to August 2025. Tildi was the Founding Principal at North Star Academy Charter School of Newark for twelve years, while also holding positions as Principal Fellow and Special Education Department Chair. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at Uncommon Schools and as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Tildi holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Master of Education in Special Education from Rutgers University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from William & Mary.
