Ali Harb

Ali Harb is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in retail management, currently serving as the HR Manager at Azadea Group since June 2013. In this role, Ali collaborates with retail leadership to enhance workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding strategies while overseeing employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Prior to this position, Ali held various roles at Zara, including HR Business Partner for Zara Kuwait, Senior Human Resources Field Partner, and Store Director, gaining significant expertise in department management and operations. Ali's career began in sales, with positions at Holdco Corporation as a Sales Account Manager and FedEx Kinko's as a Sales Executive. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, obtained in 2010.
