Fady Chabo possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held various management roles across multiple establishments. Notable positions include Multi Unit Manager and Restaurant Manager at Azadea Group's Paul restaurant, and Project Manager at Moka and More in Erbil. Previous experience includes managing operations at De Prague Pub and Restaurant, as well as overseeing Blends-cafe blanc restaurant in Egypt. Fady Chabo holds a BA in Hospitality Management from the American University of Lebanon, along with a degree in Hospitality Management from Aul University Beirut and a High School degree in Sociology and Economics from St. Coeur High School.
