Heba Hesham

Heba Hesham is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Azadea Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Heba held the position of HR Factory Director at L'Oréal from January 2022 to January 2024, and served as HR Manager at Tetra Pak between June 2017 and January 2022. Earlier in the career, Heba was an HR Business Partner at Maersk Line from December 2009 to December 2016, focusing on talent management and retention. Heba's career began at Allianz Group as an Insurance Coordinator in the Bancassurance department from August 2008 to November 2009, where responsibilities included achieving sales targets through coaching and client management. Heba holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Ain Shams University, completed in 2008, and received a General Secondary Education degree from Egyptian Language School in 2004.
