Ryan Knapp

Ryan Knapp is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the U.S. Relationship Manager at Azahar Coffee Company since December 2020, where responsibilities include supporting customers in sourcing high-quality, sustainable coffee with dynamic price transparency. Previously, Ryan co-founded and held the position of Director of Coffee at Madcap Coffee from May 2008 to July 2020, overseeing sample roasting, quality control, and various operational aspects including strategy and marketing. Ryan's early career included a role as Director of Coffee and Assistant Manager at Moon Monkey Coffee Company from January 2007 to May 2008. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theology from Olivet Nazarene University, completed in 2007.
