David Sheppard

David Sheppard is the Director of Operations & Business Development at AZAK, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Gusto from 2022 to 2024, where they were also the Co-Chair of the Veterans Affinity Group. Prior to their work in the private sector, David held multiple leadership roles in the United States Army, including responsibility for the readiness and maintenance of 280 soldiers and $234 million in equipment as an Executive Officer. David graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Economics focused on Corporate Finance.
