The Azalea Fund LP (“Azalea” or the “Fund”) is a private investment fund focused on smaller capitalization public equities in North America, primarily in Canada, utilizing a fundamental deep value and research-intensive approach.

Azalea’s patient investing approach is anchored with significant long-term principal capital from the Azalea team. This enables Azalea to capitalize upon its concentrated portfolio of underfollowed and mispriced companies, utilizing a private equity-style mindset and discipline in public markets.

The Fund’s mission is simple: to compound investor capital at attractive after-tax rates of return over a long period of time, while minimizing the risk of permanent loss of capital.

Azalea is structured differently than a traditional investment fund to reflect this long-term and principal capital-oriented mission.
