Robin Hendricks

Robin Hendricks, M.Ed., CEC is currently the Head of Talent Enablement at Azamara, where they are responsible for creating and leading the talent strategy for the full employee life cycle. This includes areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee and leadership development, and employee experience. They also lead culture transformation efforts and global learning and development strategies.

Prior to their current role, Robin served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Hillsborough Community College from 2017 to 2021. They also worked as an Executive Coach at Life Work Coaching from 2020 to 2021.

Robin has had experience at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where they served as a Global Talent Manager and a Learning and Development Consultant. In these roles, they played a key role in developing performance and talent processes for HR digital transformation and supporting ship and shore business units in talent performance, review, and development.

Before their time at Royal Caribbean, Robin worked as the Director of Performance Management at the Florida Department of Health from 2010 to 2016. In this role, they led county-wide performance management efforts and managed the workforce development of a 500-member staff.

Earlier in their career, Robin worked as the Director of Communications at MEBN | Medical Education Broadcast Network, where they were responsible for all external and internal strategic communication channels. They also played a role in achieving the company's INC 500 industry profile and coordinating organization-wide accreditation processes.

Additionally, Robin has experience as the Director of Information Management at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from 1991 to 2002.
