Andreas Berntsson

Andreas Berntsson is an experienced mechanical design engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Cleanergy AB since September 2015, Andreas specializes in developing mass-producible and cost-effective sun concentrators. Previously, as a consultant at Alten Sweden, Andreas provided expertise from October 2011. At Envac AB, from October 2011 to June 2015, Andreas contributed as a Consultant Mechanical Design Engineer, notably developing a new litter bin for urban applications in Bergen, Norway. Additionally, as a self-employed consultant at Design28 between January 2010 and September 2011, Andreas worked on prototypes for prestigious clients including Nobel Biocare and SCA. Early career roles included Mechanical Design Engineer at Inventor Graphic Sweden AB, focusing on spray dampening systems, and field as well as service technician positions in battery backup and printing industry equipment installation and service. Educational qualifications were obtained from KY-Akademien/Studium between 2004 and 2006.
