Maree Saunders

Maree Saunders is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Azelis, overseeing operations for New Zealand and Australia since 2017. Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, contract management, performance and talent management, training and development, and the implementation of HR policies. Prior to joining Azelis, Maree was the HR Manager at Chemcolour Industries from 2006 to 2017, where Maree contributed to the company's integration into the Azelis Group. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Vision Manawatu from 2002 to 2006 and working as a Training and Development Associate at the Employers & Manufacturers Association between 1996 and 2001. Maree holds a degree from Massey University.
