Peter Moawad

Peter Moawad has extensive experience in the dairy and beverages sector, currently serving as the Group Dairy & Beverages Technical Expert at Azelis since March 2020. Prior to this role, Peter held key positions at Orkila, including Group Dairy Technical Expert and Area Technical Sales Manager. Peter also served as R&D Director at Premier Foods Factories, overseeing the development of dairy products and managing cheese factory activities from October 2011 to November 2013. Earlier in the career, Peter worked as R&D and Production Manager at Forsan Foods and Consumer Products Company Ltd., focusing on dairy production and research and development, and as R&D Director at Green Land Group. Educationally, Peter holds a degree in Food Science Technology with a specialization in Dairy Science from Ain Shams University.
