Rupal Karpe MSc

Rupal Karpe, MSc, MRSC, Prince 2, is a commercially minded scientist dedicated to using chemistry to address challenges in food production and public health. Currently serving as a Technical Principal/Product Manager at Azelis, Rupal manages key relationships and aligns commercial strategies in the pesticides, fertilizers, and biostimulants markets. Previously, Rupal held roles such as Research and Development Project Manager at PelGar International, where they drove product innovation and shaped the company's quality management systems. Rupal began their career as a Research Assistant at Unilever and has a strong academic background with multiple degrees, including a master's in Applied Biomolecular Technology from the University of Nottingham.
