Seema Babar

Seema Babar is an experienced professional in procurement and planning with a strong background in supply chain management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Procurement and Planning at Azelis since May 2022, Seema previously held the position of Assistant Manager Purchase at Advanced Vital Enzymes Pvt Ltd from July 2015 to May 2022. Prior to that, Seema worked at Cipla as a Buyer from July 2008 to August 2014, where responsibilities included procurement of APIs and excipients, vendor negotiations, and compliance with regulatory norms. Seema’s career began at Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd. as a Purchasing Officer from August 2003 to September 2007, specializing in raw materials, packaging materials, and capital expenditure procurement. Seema holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
