Sylvia Wee

Sylvia Wee currently serves as the Managing Director at Azelis since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to this role, Sylvia held the position of Country Manager at Barentz from November 2019 to December 2023 and served as Local Business Line Manager for food & pharma and Sales Manager for food at DKSH from October 2012 to November 2019. Sylvia's career began at InterMed Sdn. Bhd., where a role as Sales Executive for food was undertaken from September 2008 to September 2012, following a position as a Nutritionist at BP Healthcare Group from July 2006 to August 2008. Sylvia holds a degree in Nutrition from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2003-2006) and has completed additional certifications, including a Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019 and a course on Due Diligence for Acquisitions at Weventz in August 2022.
