Tripti Gupta

Tripti Gupta is a Bioinformatics Scientist at Azenta Life Sciences since March 2022, with previous experience as an Associate Bioinformatics Scientist at GENEWIZ and a Graduate Research Assistant at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. During the tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant, Tripti developed a comprehensive data processing pipeline for RNAseq analysis, leveraging tools such as FASTQC and edgeR, and automated the process using bash scripting on a high-performance computing platform. Other internships include positions at Monsanto Company, FICCI Research and Analysis Centre, DuPont Pioneer, and PREMAS Biotech, where Tripti contributed to various research projects involving ELISA optimization, microbial analysis, and gene cloning. Tripti holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University.
