Ilyas K.

Ilyas K. is a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Azercell Telecom LLC since May 2023, leading the Business Support Systems (BSS) stream for the SelfCare application "Azercell Kabinetim" and overseeing solution verification and microservices development.
