Javid Karimov

Javid KARIMOV is a seasoned QA Lead with over 15 years of experience in software testing and IT project management, primarily within Azercell since March 2008. Responsibilities include designing test management tools, developing quality standards, and leading test process improvements using methodologies such as Lean and Agile. Earlier roles include Senior Software Test Engineer and Software Tester, where responsibilities comprised test planning, automation script development, and defect reporting. Previous to Azercell, Javid held positions at the Ministry of Health in Azerbaijan as IT Project Manager and System Administrator, along with serving as an Information Officer for Save the Children International. Javid holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Automation of Control Systems from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
