David Mammadov

David Mammadov currently serves as the Broadband Services Senior Director at Azerconnect LLC and as an Advisor to the General Director at Ultel LLC, both positions held since early 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Aztelekom from 2016 to 2024, where responsibilities encompassed the design, deployment, and operation of fixed and wireless broadband networks and VAS services. David Mammadov also worked as the CTO at AzQTEL LLC from 2011 to 2016, overseeing network design and team management. Earlier roles include positions at SINAM Ltd. as Head of Telecom Department and Systems Engineer, and as an IT network engineer at Azerbaijan Aero Space Agency. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UBIS and a Master’s Degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
