Elman A. is a cybersecurity manager with over 15 years of experience, specializing in cybersecurity operations, network security, and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity Operations at Azerconnect Group, Elman leads security teams and implements critical security projects while managing budgeting processes. Previously, Elman held key positions at PASHA Bank OJSC, including IT Infrastructure Services Team Lead and Head of Cybersecurity Engineering, where they ensured the alignment of security measures with industry standards. Elman earned a Master’s degree in Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Baku State University.
