Fakhri Rahimli, MOSE, has a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Fakhri's professional journey includes roles at ATS Food LLC from August 2024 to May 2025, progressing from Human Resources Junior Operations Specialist to Human Resources Operations Specialist and finally to Specialist of Organizational Development and HR Operations Department. Prior to this, Fakhri worked at Azerbaijan Railways from December 2023 to August 2024 as a Specialist in the Regulation of Labor Relations division. Currently, Fakhri serves as a Reward Management Specialist at Azerconnect Group since May 2025.
