Currently serving as a Restructuring Partner at Azets since December 2023, McGill previously held the position of Partner in Restructuring & Recovery Services at Smith & Williamson from February 2013 to December 2023, and was also a Restructuring Partner at Evelyn Partners from June 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at KPMG UK, where McGill functioned as a Restructuring Director from September 1986 to October 2012. McGill holds a 2.1 degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and completed education at the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe.
