Dr. Ivan Guevara is an accomplished legal professional and director with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Director at Natural Capital Group since August 2013 and as Director (Non Exec.) at Aken Capital, Dr. Guevara has also held positions such as Corporate Counsel at ERM and General Counsel at SALIC (UK). With a strong academic background including a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Cambridge, Dr. Guevara has contributed to various organizations, including BirdLife International and the International Chamber of Commerce, while also engaging in senior consultancy roles and legal advisory responsibilities across diverse sectors.
