Ella Varcoe is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Group M&A Associate Director and previously as Group M&A Manager at Azets since October 2023, Ella has held prominent roles at BBC Studios as Corporate Finance Manager from March 2021 to October 2023, and at ERM: Environmental Resources Management as M&A Manager, Acquisitions from November 2019 to March 2021. Prior positions include Corporate Finance Manager and Senior Analyst roles at PwC from December 2015 to November 2019, as well as an Auditor in the Corporate team at KPMG New Zealand from March 2014 to December 2015. Ella holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
