Gemma Monaghan

Gemma Monaghan is an expert in R&D tax relief with over ten years of experience supporting SMEs in accelerating and funding their innovations. Currently serving as a Partner in R&D Tax Advisory at Azets, Gemma previously held positions as Tax Director and Operations Director at ABGI-UK, where they led teams in providing exceptional consultancy services. Gemma completed a PhD at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on innovative cancer treatment methods, and holds a First Class BSc Hons in Chemistry from the same institution. They have contributed to multiple research publications and secured an international patent.
