John Edwards

John Edwards is a seasoned professional in the field of accountancy and corporate finance, currently serving as a Partner at Azets since 2009, where management of a diverse general practice portfolio for owner-managed businesses in the Midlands is the primary focus. Prior to this role, John was a Director at an independent Birmingham city centre office from 2005 to 2009, providing audit and transaction support services. From 1993 to 2000, John held the position of Group Secretary at Industrious plc, overseeing investor relations, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets transactions, and compliance. Earlier experience includes a role in corporate finance at Ernst & Young between 1987 and 1992, where John was involved in mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins, management buy-outs, and listing work.
