Jonathan Hall

Jonathan Hall serves as the Operations Optimisation Director at Azets since April 2020, focusing on operational transformation across the Nordics, UK, Ireland, and Romania. Prior to Azets, Jonathan held several leadership roles at Capita, including Government Services Performance Director, where responsibilities included overseeing performance across nine businesses, driving process efficiency through RPA, and managing transformational programs. Additional experience includes leading a large transformation program at Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure and directing Operational Support Services for NHS England. Jonathan's career spans various operational and planning roles in major firms such as Openreach and BT, where significant contributions were made to operational forecasting, planning, and change initiatives. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Bradford.
