Mark Pryce

Mark Pryce is a Tax Partner at Azets, a role held since January 2016, specializing in corporate and international tax with expertise in tax forecasting, reporting solutions, tax audits, and operational tax management. Mark has significant experience advising public and private organizations across diverse sectors, including education, oil and gas, and technology. Prior to Azets, Mark served as Senior Tax Manager at The Weir Group PLC, managing UK and global tax reporting, and held a similar position at Ernst & Young from 1994 to 2010. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Glasgow, a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAS, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Strathclyde.
