Paul Morrison

Paul Morrison is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, operational leadership, and regulatory strategy across the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Azets since April 2023, Paul has previously held key roles including Chief Operating Officer at Happence, where responsibilities included managing product and commercial teams with full P&L accountability. Prior to that, Paul was Practice Director at Compliancy Services Ltd, focused on RegTech strategy and product development. Paul's tenure at the Financial Conduct Authority spanned six years, with roles that included Senior Partner for FinTech & RegTech Strategy and Head of Business Analysis & Relationship Management. Additionally, Paul contributed to Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford as an Advisory Board Member for the BT Centre for Major Programme Management. Paul holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
