Ritchie Tout

Ritchie Tout is a Tax Partner at Azets since February 2022, with extensive expertise in the taxation of private and private equity-backed companies, particularly in employee share incentives and tax valuation. Ritchie has significant experience in managing due diligence for transactions involving defective EMI options, EBTs, and other potential deal blockers, alongside working with university spin-outs and high-growth companies on various taxation matters. Prior to Azets, Ritchie served as a Director at Mazars from January 2016 to January 2022, focusing on employee share incentive design and tax M&A, while leading the tax valuations team. Ritchie's career began at PwC, where Ritchie worked as a Senior Manager from May 2000 to December 2015, concentrating on private and listed company share plans and M&A tax.
