Robert Wijk is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for the Nordics at Azets since February 2023. As Co-Founder of Northern Insights, Robert demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise. Previously, during a tenure from January 2015 to November 2022 at GLG, Robert held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Expert Network Operations for EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams of up to 80 FTEs, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing client engagement. Robert's early career at NGA Human Resources focused on HR and payroll administration, complemented by a strong academic background, including an MBA from Dublin Business School and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
