Vilde Austrheim

Vilde Austrheim has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Group Head of Culture and Change at Azets since March 2016. Throughout Vilde Austrheim's tenure at Azets, roles have included Group Head of Employee Experience and Engagement, Nordic Operational Manager, HR Director (interim), and HR Business Partner. Prior to Azets, Vilde Austrheim worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Kaffebrenneriet AS and as a Recruitment Consultant at StudentConsulting. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Trainee position at REINERTSEN AS. Vilde Austrheim holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from NTNU (2009-2013) and a specialization in Arbeidsrett, Human Resources Management from BI Norwegian Business School (2015).
