Nathan Pearce

Nathan Pearce is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently overseeing the Talent Acquisition function at Azizi Developments since January 2025, focusing on attracting diverse talent across various sectors. Prior to this role, Nathan managed the Talent Acquisition function for Jacobs in the Middle East, where responsibilities included overseeing major programs and corporate hiring. Nathan's earlier positions included leading Talent Acquisition for the Dubai EXPO 2020 Programme and managing recruitment for significant projects such as the Qatar FIFA 2022 World Cup. Nathan began their career at Omega Resource Group, where roles included International Recruitment Director in Qatar and EU Operations Director in Poland, developing recruitment strategies in multiple sectors. Nathan holds a BA(Hons) in Business Management from De Montfort University.
