Tommy Taylor

Tommy Taylor, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Co-Owner at Taylor and Clark Logistics since August 2017 and holding a human resources position at Kingman Regional Medical Center since December 2011, Tommy has effectively managed all aspects of HR, including strategic planning, employee relations, and training development. Previous roles include HR Generalist at McKee Foods Corporation, HR Manager at Cascades, and Human Resources Manager at SCA Tissue, where significant achievements included reducing employee turnover from 40% to 18% through improved on-boarding processes.
