Marc Houben

Marc Houben has over 25 years of experience in IT and change management, currently serving as a Change & IT Specialist at AZL since August 2011, where responsibilities include the development and maintenance of the COMPAS II Pensions Administration System. Prior to this, Houben held various roles at UPC Broadband Holding Services from October 2002 to July 2011, culminating in the position of Teamleader for CRM Application Support, where coordination of a diverse team was key to enhancing customer-focused services across international subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes roles as a CRM Application Specialist and Programming Analyst at UPC Netherlands and Atos Origin, respectively. Marc Houben holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University and completed secondary education at Jeanne d'Arc College.
