Working with the NuTrax team at NuVerge, we can implement the Wine and Agriculture applications integrating to your existing ERP or systems, or as part of a comprehensive Nextworld ERP implementation.

♦♦ Lean-based Continuous Improvement (CI) & Process Management
From process modelling to a full-blown CI program, we can your business and people operate more effectively and efficiently. Our CI methodology is modeled on Lean and adapted for Wine and Agriculture, but we are not dogmatic adherents and tailor our approach to your business's unique needs.

♦♦ IT Management and Project Services
We provide various project services including Project Management, Change Management, Vendor Assessment and Management, System Assessment and Selection, and Requirements Discovery; acting as an independent voice especially for smaller and mid sized companies.
