Travis Bell

Travis Bell is an accomplished manufacturing operations professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at AZON since October 2025, Travis has previously held key positions, including Plant Manager at Special-Lite, Inc. from March 2020 to August 2025 and General Manager at Peterson Spring from October 2015 to December 2019. Additional roles include Cost Management Product Engineer at Eaton Corporation from May 2012 to September 2015 and Plant Engineer at Peterson Spring from January 2005 to May 2012. Earlier career experience includes positions as Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton Corp. and Parker Hannifin, as well as Design Engineer at Triple S Plastics. Travis holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, both from Western Michigan University.
